Salt Lake Community College Culinary Institute student Jim Reed, who is blind, appeared on Ch. 4's Good Things Utah with host Nicea DeGering with a recipe for the perfect summer soup. The same recipe earned Reed an "A" grade in his class at SLCC. Reed is also the cover story for the upcoming edition of SLCC Magazine. Below are a few highlights from Reed's appearance on Ch. 4.
