Business management, because I want to be my own boss in doing what I’m passionate in doing. 

  

Academic goals:

Finish general courses and earn at least a bachelor degree in business management.  

Dream job:

Owning/running my own business in something that I’m passionate about - so far I have not decided on what, but I know that it should be something that I love doing and that helps others at the same time.  

 

Plan B:

Go back to plan A.  

 

Why higher education:

To get higher chances of success. 

 

Why SLCC:

I chose SLCC because I heard that it was cheap, it’s way closer to home, and I didn’t want to rush into a bigger school such as university because I wanted to start small to grow big.  

 

What motivates you or inspires you at school or in life:

My future is what motivates me to do what’s best for me as my eternal perspective. My family is my other motivation, because I believe that when I get successful, I’ll be able to help my family and maybe my future family and eventually others as well.  

Important life or career lessons:

In my life, I learned that whatever I think I’m doing is good or for the best for myself is not always the right way for me. Sometimes, I am meant to do something else or be something else, other than what I want.  

 

Best advice you have been given or that you give others:

My advice to others is, “Don’t let others' needs be above your own - take care of yours first. Don’t forget your worth, and keep striving!” 

 

Family:

I have 13 siblings not including myself - four steps, two adopted and seven by blood. 

 

Hobbies:

Basketball, boxing, volleyball, photography – and developing more hobbies soon!
