The Yolngu are indigenous people living on an aboriginal reserve in the Northwest Territory of Australia.  This lecture will discuss how the Yolngu maintain their traditional indigenous language and culture.

Why Do Japanese People Learn English?
Most Japanese do not need to use English in their daily lives and can even obtain a Doctoral degree without any command of English.  This lecture will take a brief look at the history of foreign language education in Japan.
