The SLCC Culinary Arts program is proud to be a part of Local First Utah’s Celebrate the Bounty! Held on Thursday, October 10that the Union Pacific Depot, this benefit is the premier event of the season, bringing together locally owned, independent restaurants, businesses, food & drink artisans and the community at large, all in support of Local First Utah’s mission to empower a movement to recognize the value and vitality of locally owned, independent businesses to our communities and our economy.
SLCC's students & Culinary Arts Director Jason Talcott will have a featured table at the event that is an annual showcase to Utah's finest food & wine. This wonderful opportunity for the program's students lets them work along side some of Utah's finest chefs.
Tickets to Celebrate the Bounty are $65 per person forgeneral admission, which includes to free adult beverages. Food only tickets are available for $55. VIP tables, which seat eight are available for $1000. Tickets can be purchased at www.localfirst.org/celebrate.
