Grand Theatre Company Holding “Jekyll & Hyde” Auditions

Salt Lake Community College’s Grand Theatre will be holding auditions for “Jekyll & Hyde,” the musical, July 9, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the SLCC South City Campus Facilities and Arts Annex building, 1610 S. 250 East, Salt Lake City. The building is located in the southeast corner of the South City Campus parking lot.

Anne Stewart Mark will direct the production that runs Oct. 6-29. Rehearsals begin Aug. 27 and will be held Monday through Friday, 6-10 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (apart from tech week). Callbacks from auditions will be held July 11, 6-10 p.m.

Visit www.grandtheatrecompany.com/auditions or call 801-957-3322 to schedule an audition time. Men and women of all ethnic backgrounds and ages are encouraged to audition. Each person who auditions should:
  • ·      Bring a headshot and resume.
  • ·      Bring your best 32 bars of a contemporary musical theatre song.
  • ·      Bring sheet music for the accompanist.
  • ·      No monologue is needed. Slides will be provided.
