Tan France. Salt Lake Community College invites you to take part in its annual Giving Day – a chance to help students realize their dreams of a higher education ! On Feb. 17, SLCC is aiming to raise $100,000 for the college’s students and student programs. Giving Day raises funds to help make college more affordable to many students who otherwise would not be able to access college or workforce training. SLCC Giving Day is part of the college’s comprehensive campaign to raise $40 million for scholarships and school programming in conjunction with celebrating SLCC’s 75 th anniversary in 2023. “Last year we met and exceeded our goal, making a huge, positive difference in thousands of students’ lives,” said Nancy Michalko, executive director of the SLCC Foundation. “We are hopeful that all those who have been touched by Salt Lake Community College and who believe in making education more accessible will once again rally to help us meet our fundraising goal.” Your g...
