Updates to SLCC COVID-19 protocols

Salt Lake Community College thanks everyone for having the flexibility of a world-class gymnast as we continue to navigate this ever-changing pandemic, and we’d like to provide you with the latest updates regarding self-reporting, COVID testing and masking. Starting immediately, you only need to fill out the COVID-19 Self-Reporting Form if you had a positive test, you were DIRECTLY exposed to someone who tested positive, or if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. You no longer need to fill out the report if you test negative for the virus. If you test positive for COVID-19, if you are experiencing symptoms of the virus, or if you are unvaccinated and you are directly exposed, plan to quarantine for 10 days. The contact tracers, who will reach you through the information you provided on the self-reporting form, will let you know about
