Why higher education:
I'm pursuing higher education to be able to achieve my career and life goals. Higher education has opened many doors for me, and as I move forward, it only gets better!
Being a first-generation student, I felt more comfortable starting my higher education journey at a small institution such as SLCC where I already knew advisors who I have worked with since high school through the PACE Scholarship Program.
