International Students Ready for Fall Semester

To all of SLCC’s newest international students:

Welcome. Velkommen. Benvenuta. Welkom. Ahlan wa sahlan. Yokoso. Hoan nghenh. Witam. Huanying guanglin. Baruch haba. Bienvenue. Dobro pozalovat. 



More than 40 students from 26 countries were greeted by over 20 volunteers recently on Salt Lake Community College’s Taylorsville Redwood Campus as part of their orientation day. Their countries of origin span the globe, from Belarus and Brazil to Ukraine and Vietnam – three of the students are on the volleyball team. As part of their orientation, the students were treated to bowling and pizza (classic Americana) and a tour of South City Campus.
