The Grand Theatre will hold auditions for “The Rocky Horror
Show” by appointment only on June 30, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Appointments can
be made online or by calling the Grand Theatre Box Office at 801-957-3322.
Prepare 16 bars of
a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided. Headshots and
resumes are encouraged. Prior to your audition, please download, complete and
print the audition form to bring with you to your audition.
Auditions will be
held in the Grand Theatre Facilities & Arts Annex at 1610 South 250 East,
Salt Lake City 84115. Parking is available at no charge in the southeast
parking lot off of 1700 South. Enter the building through the north entrance.
The Rocky Horror
Show will be directed by Anne Stewart Mark. Callbacks will be on July 2, 6 p.m.
to 10 p.m. Those who are called back should wear clothes they can dance in. The
show will run Oct. 4–27. Rehearsals will begin on Aug. 25 and will be held
(apart from tech week) Monday – Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
