Current Building Closures


In order to ensure the safety of our students and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, it’s become necessary to adjust the availability of our on-campus facilities. Some buildings have limited hours, some are temporarily closed, and some are only available to the public or to students by appointment. 
 
Building accessibility status as of April 1 is listed below. Hours are subject to change at any time, but the most current information will always be available at

JORDAN CAMPUS
Jordan High Tech Center (HTC)
Building is temporarily closed until further notice.
 
Jordan Health Sciences (JHS)
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 
MILLER CAMPUS
Automotive Training Center (MATC)
Building is temporarily closed until further notice, but faculty will be available to schedule tool and vehicle pickup. Contact Sam Martinez at (801) 957-5385.
 
Corporate Partnership Center (MCPC)
Building is temporarily closed to the public until further notice, but tenant access is available.
 
Culinary Institute (CART)
Building is temporarily closed until further notice.
 
Miller Free Enterprise Center (MFEC)
Building is temporarily closed to the general public and is only available by appointment. Contact Sam Martinez at (801) 957-5385 for more information. 
 
Karen Miller Conference Center (KGMC)
Building is available by appointment only Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Contact Sam Martinez at (801) 957-5385 for more information. 
 
Professional Development Center (MPDC)
Building is temporarily closed to the general public and is only available by appointment. Contact Sam Martinez at (801) 957-5385 for more information.
 
Public Safety Education and Training Center (PSET)
Limited availability. Building is temporarily closed until further notice, but employees with prox-keys will be available to provide visitors and students with access as needed. 
 
MEADOWBROOK CAMPUS

Monday–Friday: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Staff will have access to the facility after hours as needed.
 
TAYLORSVILLE REDWOOD CAMPUS
Academic and Administration Building (AAB)
Building is temporarily closed until further notice. 
 
Applied Technology Building (ATC)
Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 
Business Building (BB)
Building is temporarily closed until further notice. 
 
Construction Trades Building (CT)

SLCC West Valley Center will be opening its doors on Friday, August 2, from 6-9 pm for their annual lowrider event that celebrates the automotive culture and welcomes current, past, and future Bruins into the SLCC community. Salt Lake Community College is deeply committed to our students, faculty, and staff. We strive to be a place where all are welcomed and respected.
