Better Student Engagement During Covid-19

Join us for the next session in The Chronicle’s Faculty Resilience virtual forum series on Friday, June 5, as hosts Ian Wilhelm and Beckie Supiano are joined by Josh Eyler, director of faculty development and director of the Thinkforward Quality Enhancement Plan at the University of Mississippi to discuss practical techniques that can be used to keep students engaged and active in the classroom during a chaotic time.

The conversation will include tips, big and small, that faculty can offer each other for how to draw out students and ways to support struggling ones. This interactive session will aim to reinforce the idea that good teaching is good teaching, no matter the medium, no matter the time.
