Laura Snider Named SLCC 2013 Graduate of Excellence


Laura Snider is the 2013 Salt Lake Community College Graduate of Excellence from the School of Applied Technology & Professional Development. Snider, from Pleasant Grove, UT, majored in criminal justice and graduates with high honors. 


"I thought, ŒI should do something to improve my life so I¹m not stuck in an entry-level position forever." I never thought I¹d do anything like this‹because it¹s playing with dead bodies. But I've loved all my teachers here. Especially Gary Cox. He goes above and beyond to make sure students succeed. He¹s helped me every step of the way.'
