The Miller Business Resource Center will host Nerdapalooza v.1 on June 11 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Salt Lake Community College’s Miller Campus Conference Center. Nerdapalozza is a free tradeshow and incubator-style demonstration event that features innovative projects, products and startups developed and supported by local entrepreneurs. SLCC’s Larry H. Miller Campus is located at 9750 South 300 West, in Sandy.
Sponsored by SLCC, Salt Lake City Tech Startups, REES Capital, Ventureblue Capital, and Jones Waldo, Nerdapalooza is tailored for a diverse audience including, investment angels, developers, designers, inventors, venture capitalists, technology professionals and anyone interested in innovative products and services. The Miller Business Resource Center (MBRC) offers a wide range of services and support to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Support is provided through on-site internal resources such as the Salt Lake Region Small Business Development Center, the Miller Business Innovation Center, and the Women's Business Institute as well as partners such as Utah Science Technology and Research Initiative and the Export Assistance Center, among others. The MBRC also has international business education training and assistance programs through the Global Business Center.
