Guest speaker: Lance Allred

Lance Allred is an athlete, author, speaker and thought leader. He was born nearly deaf in a polygamist commune in Montana and developed obsessive compulsive disorder in his formative years. He turned to basketball and ultimately became the first deaf player in the NBA.

Allred offers a fresh lens to old discussions about success and teamwork and will help you gain skills in his four areas of expertise: team, leadership, goal setting and perseverance.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.

    This is really an inspirational article; we have found here some good stuffs and encouragement through which we are able to achieve our goals. In most of the occasion we have found people with physically handicapped are always strong in some section which is really inspire us. Through their never give up attitude they are able to achieve their goals; we should learn something good here and trying to implement in our life to develop our leadership attitude.
