The Culinary Arts Program Archives contains Chef Menus which have been gathered over many years to provide contemporary and historical examples ranging from elegant gourmet events to those unique and delicious "hole-in-the-wall" cafes. These Chef Menus are used to augment students' experiences whilst training in the Culinary Arts Program at SLCC.
- § The physical collection of Chef Menus has been relocated to the Miller Campus Library this so that students in the Culinary Arts Program will have improved access to these resources.
- § Many of these Chef Menus have been digitized by SLCC Learning Resources staff and are now available in the teaching resource: SLCC Culinary Arts Program Archives Digital Collection.
- § Be sure to check out the new SLCC Archives & Digital Collections Online Exhibit which highlights some of these great menus that where in the physical exhibit at the Markosian Library (Taylorsville Redwood Campus) during September 2011.
Everyone like to decorate their food/dish when specially prepared by themselves. Nowadays, people can earn a culinary degree on-line and get going with their work. Choosing the right college is purely left for an individual.
