Health Sciences Assessment Center

The School of Health Sciences has implemented selective admissions criteria, which includes applicants completing a pre-admission test. This is administered in the Health Sciences Assessment Center, at the SLCC Jordan Campus, Health Sciences Center, Room 054.

All individuals who are applying to a Health Sciences program can schedule this pre-admission test online: http://www.slcc.edu/hs/health-sciences-assessment-center.aspx

The pre-admission test fee for all applicants is $85.00, with additional fees for dental hygiene and advanced placement (LPN) nursing applicants.
