Visual Art & Design – Graphic Design at SLCC Exhibit


It’s time for a new exhibit at the Redwood Markosian Library!


During the month of April 2013, the SLCC Archives and Digital Collections will highlight the Visual Art & Design program’sGraphic Design Emphasis. Stop by the main floor of the Taylorsville Redwood Library to view videos about the program, materials from the SLCC Archives showing the evolution of the Design program throughout the life of the College, as well as examples of Graphic Design works done by SLCC Alumni!

Come take a look at the history of the program, the career opportunities the program affords, and the great talent shown by graduates of the Graphic Design Emphasis program. College yearbooks, photographs, and information about the Graphic Design program at SLCC will be on display intermixed with a showcase of the amazing Graphic Design works created by Alumni of the program.

And, while you’re in the area, don’t forget to attend The Student Art Showcase  April 8 - 19, Noon - 6 PM  •  Science Building (SI), Atrium!

Recognizing SLCC's 2025 Distinguished Faculty Lecturer Andrew Vogt, PhD Associate Professor, Engineering

The Distinguished Faculty Lecturer is a recognition of quality work by one of Salt Lake Community College’s full-time faculty and a charge to develop that work over an academic year into a public presentation. A committee chosen by the Associate Provost for Learning Advancement selects the faculty lecturer each year. The lecture takes place in the spring. Did you know you can access SLCC lab software for free from your own computing device?   Come learn how SLCC is supporting BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with All Access.
