FAQ:
How will meet with my Personal Trainer during the COVID-19 remote work?
-The Employee Wellness team believes in meeting participants where they are (geographically, physically, and psychologically). This means that your Personal Trainer will be able to train you via Webex and Canvas if you are unable to be on campus. If you and your trainer decide to meet on campus, please read through and follow the instructions on the Recreation website.
Am I required to attend the information session before I can sign up for Personal Training?
- No. Attendance is encouraged for those who have not participated in the Personal Training program in the past. If you have participated in the past, then you can complete the intake form now.
How does the selection process work?
- Participants are selected for the current block of training based on their past participation in the Personal Training Program. Those who have never participated will be selected for participation first. From there, those who have not participated in the immediate past block will be selected for participation. If space is available in the current block, those who participated in the immediate past block will be selected for the current block.
